Taste the Oro del Desierto Picual, an Organic Extra Virgin that is produced from the Picual olive variety. It is a premium olive oil for which the olives are harvested early, thus preserving all the aromas and flavors of the olive fruit. Thus, this juice is characterized by all the qualities of a picual monovarietal, although the bitterness is not as intense and with a slight itching.

The mill that produces this extra virgin olive oil is called Rafael Alonso Aguilera sl, a family business dedicated to olive oil for more than seven generations. This mill is located in the desert of Tabernas, province of Almería (Spain). A peculiar climatology and orography of the area makes this extra virgin olive oil have exceptional qualities. Likewise, the olive groves have been certified as organic since 1995. And efficiency and sustainability is a “sine qua non” policy in the operation of the oil mill.
