When you accept the following purchase conditions, you are accepting the mode of purchase, shipping and warranty offered for the product:
1. Scope of application and borrower
The General Contracting Conditions are applicable to sales contracts concluded electronically, through the website www.latinajadelgourmet.com, between Gourtidel SL and the consumers and users who wish to purchase the products displayed therein.
The applicable laws will be Spanish. And the territories where the services of the website in question will be provided will be mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
2. Completion of the contract
Considering what is described by the Civil Code, the contract will be understood as perfected from the moment Gourtidel S.L. be aware of the acceptance of the offer by the customer.
The language proposed to perfect the contract is Spanish.
4. Acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions
Before proceeding with the completion of the contract, the client must read the General Purchase Conditions and accept them by checking the corresponding box during the order process.
5. Storage / Data Protection

The prices of our products contain the VAT applicable according to current legislation. The prices mentioned on our website, including other items, are in euros. Shipping costs have not been included in the prices listed on our website. The other additional expenses that may arise will be assumed by the buyer, who will be informed of all the amounts and the resulting final price before the completion of the contract.
7. Availability and substitutions of products
Gourtidel SL intends to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through www.latinajadelgourmet.com. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
If the product is not available, and the consumer having been informed of it, Gourtidel SL may supply a product of similar characteristics without price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it, exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract. In case of rejection by the customer of the replacement products, the refund will be previously paid and will be made in the same means of payment that was used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are invoiced according to the prices indicated on the website. The exact amount of shipping costs is indicated in the order process.
The item will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. The dispatch of the order will be from the day following its receipt and payment agreement, excluding weekends and holidays. The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days in peninsula Spain. If delivery is to be made in the Balearic Islands, the minimum delivery time is 3 business days. And if the shipment is to Europe, the delivery time varies between 3 and 6 business days, approximately, depending on the destination country.
Depending on the items included in your order, they may be delivered more than once. The reason is because there are products in the catalog that travel directly from the producer to the specified shipping address. Therefore, the origin may be different for the articles of the same order and therefore the time of delivery.
The customer must verify that the merchandise that arrives after the purchase corresponds to the requested one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem is. In the shortest possible time we will contact you to find a satisfactory solution.
It is very convenient to open the packaging in the presence of the carrier, in case any bottle or product has suffered any damage or is in poor condition.

We will send you a new one or refund the corresponding amount to the credit card account with which you made the payment as soon as the defective product arrives. It will not be applicable if the products have deteriorated because the receiver was not available and the package had to be taken to the warehouse.
If any of the products does not correspond to your purchase made through our website, we will send you the correct products or we will refund the amount corresponding to the credit card account with which you made the payment. We will proceed with said payment as soon as the product that was wrongly sent arrives to our warehouse. Latinajadelgourmet.com will take care of the extra transport costs that may be generated.
We provide you with the following payment methods to pay for your orders on our website:
- Bank card
- Bizum (only available in these banks)
- Bank transfer in advance
- Paypal (Cost 2.9% of the total order + 0.35 eur, plus VAT)
- Cash on delivery (Cost 3%, with a minimum of 2 euros and a maximum of 50 euros, of the total amount of the order, plus VAT)
Please be aware that the merchandise will be delivered as soon as the payment amount has been received. We advise you to make the payment by bank card, so that you receive the product in the shortest possible time.
10. Order cancellation
The customer may cancel their order by communicating it in writing to our address firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours after the order is made, and provided that it has not already been sent to its destination.
11. Information regarding the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received and a review of their condition has been made.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Returns must be sent together with the copy of the delivery note that accompanies the shipment.
