What shipping costs are charged?
Shipping costs correspond to transport costs and are determined by the weight of the products. Based on this, an amount is charged that is detailed when placing the order. This amount appears both in the cart detail and on the checkout page. You can always check before making the payment. You can check them by clicking on shipping costs. Based on the current promotion on the website, for purchase amounts greater than 70 euros, shipping costs will not be charged (valid in Peninsula Spain).
What payment methods are accepted in the online store?
The available payment methods are:
  • Credit and / or debit card.
  • Bizum, only available in some spanish banks, check it out here.
  • Bank transfer , for which we will have to wait for the payment to be reflected in our bank account to process the order.
  • Payment through your PayPal account.
  • Cash on delivery , is paid in cash at the time of receiving your order (only available in Spain)
How long does it take to deliver the order?
Delivery will be made within 2 business days on a regular basis, depending on when the order is formalized and therefore the merchandise is shipped. In the case of the Balearic Islands, delivery will take place normally between 3 and 5 business days from the dispatch of the merchandise.
Is it safe to buy online at La Tinaja del Gourmet? Is my personal data protected?
It is totally safe. We have "https", the secure transfer protocol, which creates a secure encryption of the information that is sent between the website and the server, making it inaccessible to external agents. On the other hand, the server where our database is hosted has strong anti-hacking security measures. In addition, when making the payment you can choose between paying with a bank card through the Redsys payment gateway, which is the most common among banking entities, or through your PayPal account.
What happens right after confirming the order?
If the payment is made by bank transfer, once the payment is reflected in our account, we will send you a notification via email that your order is being processed. In payment methods such as bank card or PayPal, your order is already notified as being processed. Subsequently, at the time the order is dispatched, another notification is sent via email informing you that your order has been completed and that only delivery to the address agreed by you would remain. It is from this moment that you will receive information via email and / or sms from the transport agency for the time of delivery.  
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
As soon as the order is "completed", the customer has the invoice of his order ready to download in a PDF document in his customer account. Specifically in the "orders" section of your customer account. In case of any incident in the download you can always request it at the email address: info@latinajadelgourmet.com
Are VAT and shipping included in the prices?
The prices include the Tax according to the product. The shipping costs are separate, they are detailed in the cart and in the payment process.
Can I send my order as a gift?
At latinajadelgourmet.com we have products in ideal gift packaging, but apart from the packaging that the manufacturer includes, we do not offer wrapping service as such.
