Considered Premium EVOO for its quality and excellent organoleptic properties, buying this Cladivm Picudo olive oil to take raw is, of course, the best decision.
Cladivm Picudo extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal of Picuda olive that is protected under the DO Priego de Córdoba, an international reference name.
Origin and production of Cladivm Picudo
The olive groves are located next to the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. And the olives are selected from among all the olive groves to produce this gourmet olive oil until they are harvested in October.
The reason why they are harvested so early is to achieve the highest concentration of organoleptic properties in the olive. Likewise, this is also the reason that the production is lower since the olive does not finish maturing and therefore the juice extraction is of less liters.
Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the entire production and storage process is in accordance with the regulation of the DO Priego de Córdoba, which adds a guarantee of control and quality to the Cladivm brand.
