Its aroma is <strong>fruity green<\/strong> in medium high intensity with a touch of apple and a great intensity of green grass. Sweet and fluid on entry, <strong>medium bitter<\/strong> and <strong>medium high spicy<\/strong>. In addition, it is a filtered juice that has a very clean appearance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #000000;\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">The production of this <strong>extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> is integrated. Or what is the same, all the processes in the production of this juice are carried out in the farms and facilities of the same producer. An oil mill with more than a century and a half of existence and located in the town of Luque (C\u00f3rdoba).
