Taste the organic Picual en Envero and enjoy an olive oil from the Picual olive variety with its unique tasting notes.
Picual en Envero olive oil of the Cortijo de Suerte Alta brand
This oil is produced from olives from olive groves between 10 and 40 years old from the Cortijo de Suerte Alta farm. As its name indicates, “Picual en Envero”, the olive used is the Picual which is harvested in an early stage of “envero“.
And what is Envero? In this state is when the olive begins to ripen and then acquires the tones that go from green to purple. It is due to this early time in its harvest, along with dry land, so it has a large amount of polyphenols. These substances called polyphenols are natural antioxidants found in vegetables. Therefore, taking the Picual en Envero from the Cortijo de Suerte Alta brand is to provide your body with substances that act against the cellular oxidation process.
