Casa del Agua olive oil is an extra virgin of the Picual olive variety. It is an EVOO that stands out for its fruity of medium intensity. In addition, it has both green and ripe nuances that remind us of fruits such as tomatoes or almonds.
Casa del Agua is an olive oil of medium intensity, very stable, balanced and smooth, but with body. And this makes it ideal for use in traditional cuisine: in stews, stir-fries, and frying, or to take raw.
In addition, it contains a high content of antioxidants as it is an oil from the picual olive variety. These natural antioxidants, mostly polyphenols, help to lead a healthy and complete diet as they are also a great source of vitamin E, vital for our body.

Producer
These olive oils are produced entirely by the company Aceites Oro Bailén Galgón 99 on its farms and oil mill located in Villanueva de la Reina (Jaén). Thus, from when the fruit grows in the olive tree, until the olive oil is sold to the consumer, Oro Bailén ensures its traceability. This is possible thanks to the integration of all production processes. And that they carried out years ago, as a result of the motivation to elaborate a Premium quality EVOO.
The geographical location of the Oro Bailén olive farms, between the plateau from the north and the Guadalquivir valley from the south, gives its olive oils a special aromatic quality. This is due to the climate of the place. With an average annual temperature between 16 and 18 º, and with average rainfall of 550-700 mm / year.
